Mother's Day Out Program
Mother's Day Out Plus
First United Methodist Church of Rogers, Arkansas will continue our Mother's Day Out Plus program through the summer. We will hold MDO for children ages 3 months - 5 years Monday through Friday from 9-2. The cost will be $25.00 per day and children will need to bring a well balanced lunch, as well as 100% juice for snacks. Snacks will be provided. The materials fee is $20.00 per day that you register for. MDO Plus hours are available from 7:30-4:30 for $30.00 a day. Our full time price, regardless of the hours your child uses, is $125.00 per week. To register for this program, please fill out the bottom portion of this form and return to Anna Julien, MDO Director, with your materials fee. Children who are currently registered in our program will not need to re-register for summer. Registration will be taken on a first come, first serve basis.
Construction Zone
First United Methodist Church of Rogers, Arkansas will be offering a summer day camp for elementary school age children grades K - 5. (Children entering grades 1 - 6). Hours of operation will be Monday through Friday, 7:30 - 4:30. Construction Zone will begin June 9th and end August 15th• The cost will be $20.00 per day and children will need to bring a well balanced lunch. Snacks will be provided. Some additional costs for field trips may be required. However, the costs should be minimal and a full calendar of events for the summer will be given to all families in advance. We are looking forward to a fun and exciting summer! To register for Construction Zone please fill out the bottom portion of this form and return with a $25.00 materials fee (per child) to Anna Julien, Director. Registration will be taken on a first come, first serve basis.
