Some of the Activities of the Children's Ministries at FUMC:
Noah's Arts is an elementary midweek program designed to strengthen the fellowship of friends with experiences in Bible study, crafts and music. Our program is in the 7th year of operation under the leadership of Rev. Cathy Caudle and Mr. Mark Brice. We meet on Wednesday afternoons from 3:15-5:00 pm. Study Hall is available from 5:00-6:00 to accomodate working parents. We have limited transportation available to area elementary schools.
Wednesday Night L.I.F.E. begins at 6:00 with dinner. Enjoy a relaxing dinner without the fuss. Education opportunites are available for children ages 3-6th grade and parents for six weeks beginning in October.
Construction Zone is our summer day camp designed to provided quality Christian programming for children with working parents.
Mother's Day Out is a lincensed program for children ages three months to five years on Monday through Friday from 7:40 to 4:30.
First Preschool is a lincensed preschool. Our curriculum is aligned with the Early Childhood Benchmarks for Arkansas preschools and is taught by a certified teacher.
Parent's Night Out is available on the third Friday night during the school year from 6:00-10:00 for infants-6th grade.
Sunday School serves children ages 3-6th grade. We use Cokesbury curriculum.
Children's Church for chilcren ages 3-3rd grade is available during both worship services except on Communion Sunday. We encourage families to commune together as part of their faith development.
Vacation Bible School is always great summertime fun!
Children's Ministries invites your family to participate in as many of these activities as your schedule will allow. Our programming is dependent upon volunteers.
